According to its Pokédex entries, Vaporeon can turn invisible underwater, which would make it perfect for stealth missions. Granted, the Pokédex also says Cubone wears its dead mother's skull (when ones you get through breeding have their mothers still alive and well) and Tyranitar's body is impervious to harm (which Fighting-type Pokémon can easily disprove), so take it with a grain of salt.
