Just wanted to draw VictoryVictini11 ‘s OC Chloe with a tornado lower half, alongside a little story~ :3c

It was a beautiful day near Dewdrop Town, a female Male Form Meowstic is seen strolling through the plains, her name is Chloe. As she was going for a walk, she sees in the distance a mysterious turquoise gem-like object on the floor, she wonders what exactly it was, so she gets closer to it. The Meowstic approaches her paw to it in order to grab it, but the moment she touched it, the stone glows and she felt something in her body tingling…
Chloe was about to transform, as she felt strong gusts of wind spinning around her feet, and then her legs as they fuse together with the forming tornado. Once the transformation complete, she looked at where her legs are supposed to be, only to see a rapidly spinning twister, she was feeling shocked, albeit in awe by the change. However, Chloe wanted to tell her friends about the unexpected change in her lower half, so she goes to the downtown in order to see them, so she goes there much faster thanks to her new “legs”.
