On the night of December 1st, a report of a stranger has been snooping around the bushes near Miss Phoebe's ballet studio since the night of Thanksgiving. Sheriff Marshall then gathered up his Diaper Deputies in hoping to apprehend this snooper as soon as possible.

Bebe Remy told Miss Phoebe that a few days ago, he saw a dancing reindeer that's been hiding near the bushes. Feeling concerned, she called up the sheriff about the reindeer hiding near the bushes. Feeling that the reindeer might be the wanted snooper, Sheriff Marshall asked Remy some questions about this reindeer and he replied that it was a young adult deer in a fancy pink tutu, blue high heels, a red nose, and most importantly, NOT WEARING A DIAPER!!

It didn't take long for Sheriff Marshall to find the undiapered red nosed reindeer as the reindeer was inside the studio applying for a try out as one of the new ballerinas for the latest play. The sheriff then casually walked up to the reindeer with a container of baby powder in one paw, and a fresh folded diaper in his other paw.

The dancing deer stopped as Sheriff Marshall approached towards him and mistakenly assumed if the young cowboy fox if he needed a change.

But the sheriff just smiled at the reindeer and said "No, I don't need a change, but YOU need to be diapered, you snooping reindeer! It's the law around here in Cookie Gulch and there's a heavy fine if you break that law!" as he walked up slowly towards the reindeer.

Would the reindeer follow the rules, or would he try to make an escape from being diapered?
