A snooper was spotted at Cookie Gulch. And while the snooper, a red nosed reindeer, was caught and diapered, for he was breaking the all important Diaper Law, Sheriff Marshall and his Diaper Deputies convinced the reindeer to stay at the sheriff's bunkhouse for the night.

Deputy Amber even persuaded the reindeer by giving him some hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. Feeling defeated, the reindeer reluctantly obeyed. Sheriff Marshall then gently gave the reindeer a much needed hug and said to him "Don't worry, little red nosed reindeer. You're in good paws with The Diaper Deputies."

Once inside the bunkhouse, Deputy Amber said to him "Make yourself at home, sweetheart." The reindeer sat down on a bench and had his little treat. Meanwhile, Deputy Nobath, who was out of his deputy uniform and into his play clothes and a fresh diaper, along with his big brother Xerry, sat down next to the reindeer. Curious about this red nosed stranger, Amber said to him, What's your name, little reindeer?"

"Ryu...i" stammered the reindeer. Nobath then asked, "Is your name Ruby?"

"No, I'm Rudy!" answered the reindeer. "My name is Rudolph Newyear and I ran away from home in Lapland because all the other reindeer laughed at me and called me names and they never let me join their games anymore because I wanted to be a ballerina!"

Rudolph then paused to catch his breath and continued, "All I ever wanted is to be a star of the show and the reindeers in Lapland won't accept male ballerinas. When I came to this town, I was very inspired to see these cubs, all boys and girls in tutus and they all danced freely! I'm very sorry I was hiding in the bushes. I'm very shy."

And after Rudolph told all the cubs his sad story, everyone got as quiet as a church as Rudolph wiped away the tears in his eyes. That's when Sheriff Marshall walked up to Rudolph and gently consoled him.

"Awww, if you want to be a ballerina, you can be one here in Cookie Gulch. You are welcome here just as long as you follow the town's rules, including the important Diaper Law."

Then Sheriff Marshall, Deputy Amber, Xerry and Nobath gave Rudolph a much needed group hug which calmed the teary eyed reindeer down. Sheriff Marshall then concluded "I'll see to it that you get a spot in Miss Phoebe's next play tomorrow morning. Right now, it's getting late and it's way past bedtime for my little babies. Would you like to spend the night with my little cubs, Rudolph?"

Rudolph then nodded his head with a weak smile on his face.

"Good baby reindeer!" said the sheriff as he gently patted Rudolph's head. "Amber, you have the honors of tucking our guest to his crib."

And so, Amber took Rudolph upstairs along with Xerry and Nobath where the cub's nursery is located. Once there, she changed all three cubs' diapers. This time, Rudolph did not put up a fuss in getting a fresh diaper as he lied still for Amber while sucking his thumb. Then Rudolph, Xerry and Nobath climbed into the giant crib and fell fast asleep while Amber turned out the lights and closed the nursery door.
