If you need a last minute gift right before Christmas, here's the easiest, least expensive dish you will ever make for the whole family.
What You’ll Need:
-1 tub of Pillsbury White Frosting (or any flavor for that matter)
-12 oz. bag white chocolate chips (or melting chocolates)
-cooking spray
-food coloring (optional)
Step 1.
Add white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, until chocolate is melted, stirring in between.
Step 2.
Remove all foil bits from frosting tub. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted and pourable.
Step 3.
Add melted frosting to melted chocolate. Stir chocolate and frosting together until smooth. If you wish to change the colors, divide into two bowls and color with the food coloring.
Step 4.
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer frosting/fudge mixture to prepared pan, alternating between scoops or adding one color layer followed by the next on top. Transfer to fridge or freezer until firm (about and hour or 2)
Step 5.
Use parchment edges to lift the fudge from pan, then slice into little cubes. Serve and enjoy!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!
*If looking to make this as more of a "minty" fudge, add either a capful of peppermint extract or crushed peppermint candies.
