The first drawing I started during the final Picarto stream of 2025. The theme was winter and holiday season.

Here we see sitting on snow covered branch a Chickadee and an exceptional specimen of Titmouse.

These adorable hardy little things usually do not migrate. Instead they will spend the winters in their regular feeding and breeding grounds.

Both species are very curious and rather amicable to visitors larger than themselves. If you stand still and are patient one may come down and sit in your hand.
