My friend https://www.furaffinity.net/user/memester233/ came up with the idea.

This is: Stretchora, a Saturn size planet (with faint ring around the planet) and two moons.

This planet is home to normal animals, who lives have changed their world 1700 years ago:
A small nebula once orbit the planet, until a solar storm, caused it to change and explode, sending a massive surge all across the planet, causing all the animals on the planet, not only changed into anthro, toon like animals, but all become permanently malleable.

Since then the Stretchorians (as they are now called) live in peace, until a small group of rebels (who are known as Rubber Rogues), plan to rule the whole planet, were captured and were sent to exile to the prison (one of the moon is a prison size moon), but some manage to escape to another world, so a team calling themselves: Stretchamals, who, only protecting their world, but also to find the the rogues that escaped.

Stretchora is a world like you never seen.
