Devcon Jeweler's Epoxy is AMAZING for adhering stuff like that.. http://tiny.cc/nowff

about the only thing that I've seen work better than super glue on plastics is a two part epoxy x3

I recommend Petec Power BiBond Kleber it is a two component glue which stick together car parts xD

Epoxy for plastic will keep those eyes from going anywhere. A little messy to work with, but reliable!
