Freezing Ghouls once freely roamed the Western Plaguelands until the Alliance and Horde worked towards the same goal to push out the Scourge from the city of Andorhal. Now these poor monsters have become erased from existence when the Cataclysm happened. I felt sorry for them since green was my favorite color of Ghoul and the Freezing Ghouls were the only green ones that I knew.

I believe that ghouls have the mind of a 4yr old, and that they'll do whatever their masters command them to do. Once taken from the harsh kill-or-be-killed war environment, they may become helpless and curl up with their lil ghoul doll in the corner of a room. I feel that the Forsaken-side of Andorhal could try to rehabilitate the refugees to fight for their cause, creating a strange Ghoul Orphanage. LOL This thought led me to make the most disturbingly cute painting.
