My style obviously goes away with this kind of reduction, but I think it looks pretty good. Forming shapes with color, then taking away bit by bit with the eraser, adding features. This was a pretty good exercise.

This is probably my favorite shades of blue/cyan, which I often use for highlighting in my graphics works. I'm actually pretty lazy about it as it's part of Illustrator's default swatch colors. #00AEEF

But this was part of a greater motivation to generate simplified graphics for my website to add some "personality" to an otherwise very mimialist and reserved space. I like that to a degree, but sometimes it approaches sterile and too uptight.

I'll find a space for you little blue doggy. :V
