Unova's Badges done in similar style to Ruby/Sapphire's badges. I tried to keep consistent to the sizes, but they came out slightly larger than the other badges. These are 18x18, where as previous badges where 16x16 or sometimes 17x17. So, I don't think they're too out of line.
