Friendship an expression lashed around to and fro
The true meaning of it faded
Friendship is a complex phrase which not everyone has
Friendship takes many forms a lover, a companion, family
All of it worth nothing
Vanished with a flick of a tail
Smeared by loathing, spite and evil
Social animal being a curse
Bearing teeth at others who get too close
Living alone in solitude leaving your heart distressed and shattered
One can’t depend on anyone.
Plagued by disloyalty and melancholy
A friend may become your adversary, your worst nemesis
Knowing your weakness and your mistakes
Your confidence faltering once again
