Oh just technical in real life the hose for the regs always placed on the right side of the body.and it seems you forgot to place the weight belt too (actually its not real problem some times it can be placed on back behind the tank or the bcds bag. But I think it looks more sexier with weight belt XD)
I thought 'technically' is just how everyone's agreed how to rig the system. It's possible to have rigged it as shown and although it doesn't look like it--you could have hidden compartments that hold weight in the straps. Not something you'd do 'professionally' but I don't see why not.
