I was having a BLAST throwing around random textures and colors. It ended up looking like that Ghastly pokemon so I guess that's what it is.

I primarily use a generic round brush, and I'm not sure I know much of color theory. The key is to NOT CARE SO MUCH. Once I start picking my art apart or trying to plan and preplan a drawing and focusing on pointless details, I start grinding to a halt. Takes some practice but so does anything you wanna be good at. Let it flow, bro.
