I know there is already TONS of fanart from Adventure Time's Season 5 opening episode, but I will drop what I doodled last night as well.

I original saw the pilot episode years back on Nick, like a lot of people. Then I heard that it was becoming a show. I was excited! I will admit, I watched the first few episodes...and I didn't get the same feeling I was expecting from the pilot episode.

So, I skipped watching if for a few years. Then, I noticed a LOT of fanart and cool stories, I thought they were neat fan fics or artist rendering of stuff from the show. Nope, turns out that was the story and plot the whole time. Just hidden in-between all the random action and laughs.

Jumped back on about a month ago, had a lot to watch ahead of me. Started over, still didn't grab me right away. But somewhere in the first season, I started to see the 'darker' side to this kid's show. I could then finally see why people watch this all the time. 4 Seasons later, I was on the edge of my seat for the new season like everyone else was. And I was blown away!

If this is the OPENING episode, I can't wait to see the story and Finale of this season!

So here I doodled an 'aftermath' of what Finn wished for, if he were still trapped in his wish world. I know I drew a 'Lich King' thing of myself not too long ago, but this seemed fitting anyways. Since Jake became the new Lich, I knew Finn would have to fight his best friend. So I sent it to a darker deeper part of Finn's corrupt state by nailing Jake's skull to his sword making it his Lich Sword of death and destruction.

Now Finn, filled with obsessions of being a hero, and saving everyone, awaits his next 'adventure'.
