Yeah! I finished it the same day as the bowling meet, then i've been fursuiting with it ever since! Never had the chance to take photos till now <3
Hope to tweak a few things and have it fully completed! <3 <3 (I modified the foam base from someone so it's not FULLY my work... They did the nose, pink in the nose, nose shape, and antlers. I moved their antlers, made my own ears and added a little foam to the snout). It's hard answering "did you make it" because there's just some things I didn't make myself ^_^ later suits will be fully made by me.

Here's a photo, taken at a recent christmas meet up...

The likeness is startling on a rough sense.

Wow! That is so interesting!!! I originally planned on making this reindeer a male, and named off of Santa's Reindeer but never could come up with a name. When I put this reindeer for sale on Furbuy I will have a $20 per tweak to the winning bidder in the description ($20 per change such as me making new eyes or giving the suit some tweaks) and the like to whatever the buyer wants. :3 interesting how we both had the same ideas with it!
Really? I might just have to place a bid in, when you do that. After all, my Comet is nearly seven or so years old and the age is showing around the edges. Plus, I've come to dislike my thinking of a natural look over toony eyes. The very reason my hoof is being held in that (and other) photo(s) is because I am nearly blind in places that are too bright or dark, such as that night's outing was. The original artist has requested to have the head back to completely redo it. But, I am forever in his debt for creating that suit, in the first place that I never could take him up on the offer.
I do understand that your starting price is probably going to be above my budget ability. But, I'd still like the chance to make a bid, if I can.

Alright! I was thinking starting it at $600 as its my first full suit but the quality is similar to what I could find with really expensive suits @_@ Not sure how much he could go for but I hope you can have a shot at this suit for sure, if it looks good from your end I can link it when I post him up~
I have a lot of interest in reindeer suits since this one, heheee. I plan on making more after this one, but not the same character. I have no idea honestly what they would look like/how they would turn out, I will link you the auction for you when it comes up ^_^ is your character the one on your icon? http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5016902/
Looks like something i'd be interested in making just in case the auction is unaffordable. Since I don't know what my suit will go for I might have commission prices after it sells to get a general idea on my work ^^ Hrr~

Yes. That's my primary character. I've had plenty of fun with him, over the years. Many memories. As I said, the similarities are amazing. And, the suit you shown here is like the perfect upgrade.
As for my financial status...I'm looking at this in this coming year:
- Go to and return from FC.
- Paying back a $1,000 debt.
- ...buying a 'new' home.
It'll all be a matter of timing for the auction attempt.

It is finished! The auction link is in the description too

Oh, no...times 2.
Not only will I be hard pressed to even put together the funds, but I'll be at Further Confusion before AND during the 12'th. All funds were going towards the con. I can renew funds, mid-con. But, working with expenses and internet during that is rather rough to handle. Which means I'm 'almost' out before it even began. Ugh...the timing. If only a month more had been possible.
My best chance is probably what you don't want to hear. The fandom has so few hoofers that bids may be few or none at all. I can still divert funds. But, even $600 a week from now is not quite possible. I needed more time. Payment installations, I can do. But, transactions at the con? Oh, lordy.

...and then, I read the comments on the auction. A relisting is out of the question.
Now, $100 down and further installments, I can handle, at this date. Go deposit those funds at the bank, tomorrow. Heck. I'll even request that you hold on to the suit until all funds have been transferred. Still, that spotty internet at the con, troubles me. They should have the internet lounge up and running by Friday. As, I probably won't be able to purchase room net access.

I'm fine with $100 downpayment, I had interest in the suit in multiple websites @_@ so long as you're committed to paying it all off eventually.
The bid I tried to set so that if anyone bids higher, the timer will last another 3 hours each bid. I hope that it's still active. But feel free to place your highest bid before the con/during or any time. $100 downpayment is fine from yourself- i'd personally prefer it to be paid off within a few months if its possible for fursuit supplies I need or we can work it out.

My intention was to pay it all off with the tax refund. It is just that takes a little time. I can still split my current funds between the con and the bank. Just be aware that because I am at the con at the time of the auction's closing and on the road a few days later, my ability to be prompt on even the first hundred is rough to work with.
Here's my schedule...
Tuesday, 15'th. Hitting the road at 6 am.
All checked in on Wednesday and at con until Tuesday, the 22'nd. They probably won't even have the internet lounge up and running, come Monday. And, I certainly don't want to interact with money sites like PayPal on a public terminal.
Be back home on Wednesday, the 23'rd. That's the earliest I can interact with PayPal for the first $100 installment.

I got a quote on the tax return. After Jan 23'rd, expect a 3-6 week delay on recieving the funds. I'm certainly not planning a monthly payment. It's just this first one that I'd be unable to cover the whole bit with. That tax return, alone, should cover it all. (Unless, O'bummer Care goes into it with zero feelings. Ah...the unknown X-Factor, here.)
The con has a whole internet lounge. So, I can monitor the auction with ease. Now, logging in on a public terminal is something I'd rather not do. (Just in case the machine stores the password/nick and lets someone else have access.) Which goes tripply so for money sensitive sites.
