Cabin in the Woods party at Woodland Park.
There were no mermen or unicorns, but a serious deer infestation.
The cabin we spent the weekend at is owned by my best friend's family.

We were so excited about them when they came over...
then there were like 14 of them that wouldn't leave us alone!! I guess everyone in the area feeds them so they just hang around.
The one on the far right with broken antlers even ate out of my friend's hand.
I'm sure it's a bad thing to make the wildlife trust humans... But we were trapped in the woods for three days and had nothing better to do!

I do bird and wildlife photography. I ran across twin fawns one day and were able to get within 8 feet of them. After taking pictures I sat down and called softly to them. Their ears pricked forward out of curiosity and they slowly walked up to me sniffing at me. Then to my delight they allowed me to pet them. The pictures are in my gallery!
