Doing some light reading - I still have to have a colonoscopy but apparently I might have IBD in some form, apparently they’re developing a patch that can track inflammation in the body via sweat or some shit, so you can predict when you’re gonna have a flare-up. It’s restricted to use in clinical trials at the moment so it’s probably years away from being purchasable but in the meantime you can apparently sort of do the same thing with a smart watch via heartrate 👀👀👀
