One Piece fans really wants you to believe that Oda has personally hand-picked the entire cast of the live-action show, did their hair & make up, sewed their clothes, wrote their scripts, built the set with his own bare hands, made all the CGI himself and was behind camera filming them this whole time, so therefore no one is allowed to criticize anything about this show because "the creator approved it, so if he likes it then you are not allowed to think it looks bad!"

If your intention is to say you hope the hips don't lie but whether the hips lie or not is up to God, then you say "Inshallah the hips don't lie" but if you're trying to say "wow, the hips don't lie" or something similar, which I think is what the op was getting at, then you say "Mashallah the hips don't lie" which means "God has willed it, the hips don't lie"
