Mira really loves parallel play.
She'll often sit on Zoey's bed reading a book while she games. Or she'll scroll her phone out on the balcony while Rumi tends to her plants. Sit at the kitchen counter working on something while someone else cooks for a change. Nap on the couch while they watch something she's not at all interested in.
She just wants to be around them, all the time, even if they aren't engaged in the same activity. The calm quietness around them always fills her with a deep sense of belonging. It's always a bonus when one, or both of them are close enough to also touch. The casualness of it all makes Mira's heart soar. Never does she feel more content.
Oftentimes this scenario has her, propped back against someone's headboard reading a book while one of the girls lies against her on their phone with the third close by working on their own thing (Zoey is usually either gaming or working on lyrics. Rumi is typically answering work emails on her laptop.) Other times it's a simple touch of the foot against her lap as they lounge on the couch. No matter the level of intimacy, every touch fills her with warmth.
Another thing she loves about these times, is when she can simply watch them existing without the pressure to put on a performance. She loves the way Rumi's tongue will slightly poke out the corner of her mouth when she's concentrating. Or how when Zoey is in the zone, her eyes somehow grow wider than usual with a twinkle that's downright arresting. But when they notice her noticing them, the soft smiles and warm blushes that grow across their faces are somehow even more exhilarating to see.
There's nothing she loves more than to be bathed in their presence, regardless of what they do.
