After what this man went through I think he deserves a little of appreciation, a shame he's probably planning the end of world.

And I really want to comment on this form of his, like hello? Why you're like that? Why your waist is so small for the amount of muscles there? For people to grab?

Great Bird, I have come before you to ask of your opinion about something other than Naruto for once. Kimetsu no Yaiba has come for my soul. Have you seen it? Or read fics you liked? Main question is your opinion of their universe. And then because Kakashi won't let me live without him, here's a question about Naruto after all. If the Hatakes had a breathing style (if you're familiar with kny) would it be the same or would they differ?

In one world, Muichiro Tokito falls to the floors of Infinity Castle, bloodied but victorious. In another, he awakens on the floor of a forest filled with trees taller than any he's ever seen.
However bad of a day Muichiro is about to have, Konoha is about to have a whole lot worse. Or, Muichuro wakes up in Naruto after the final battle, almost immediately beats Danzo to death in front of Shisui, proceeds to get gaslit into helping the Uchiha coup, and maybe kind of accidentally derails all of Naruto canon in spectacularly explosive fashion.

I tragically haven't updated it in like a year (mostly due to some commenters putting me off) but I think it remains one of the funniest things I've written. Then again, I am incredibly biased and also very attached to it. Right now it's 1/3 chapters done and has an already planned end, but who knows when I'll actually get there
OTHER THAN THAT THO I ALSO HAVE [THIS] au post about Kagaya Ubuyashiki getting zapped into Naruto and basically talk no jutsu'ing his way into adopting the Akatsuki
But like, yes I love demon slayer. Wonderful, wonderful manga. Unfortunately I don't have too many fic recommendations to give, but I have a few:
- Iron and Ice by SkilledWarriorKiwi; Douma raises Kanao and Inosuke. Very fun read, both sweet and deeply fucked up, this one might be my favorite demon slayer fic overall. It's also really long, so there's a ton to devour!
- From Beyond the Grave by pudding_bretzel; Rengoku dies and wakes up outside of Konoha! Great fic, greater crossover, touches on so many fun things!! His relationship with Naruto is very cute and has a hanging shadow of "Rengoku has no idea he has a demon in him" looming above it. Also he gets mistaken for Minato once or twice and it's great every single time. Possibly the best Naruto/KNY crossover I've seen so far, I wish Manic Monday was this good
- Mixed Signals by brountide; Giyuu's old ass crow keeps sending his letters to Sanemi by mistake. Sanemi is so sick of his shit he's gonna punch a wall (Giyuu/Sanemi) A very fun read overall !! I like this ship and I think this fic does them very well
- Keep Breathing (And Don't Let Go) by Astre_Red; When the Kamado siblings introduction to the slayers go poorly, Giyuu decides he will stick to his word and protect them. He does this by taking them both and running for the hills— leaving the slayers without their water pillar. Very fun !!! I love this one, I'm gonna go re read it now because I remembered it existed
- Blue by KuriKuri; Giyuu wakes up in a world where he's dead and Sabito is the water pillar. Fun stuff !!! I love alternate dimension shit and Giyuu is going THROUGH it
Anyways yeah I love KNY, it's so good. Muichiro is my favorite slayer, I wish there was more him centric content in the world but sadly there is not 😔😔 devistating really bc he contains multitudes and is fucking hillarious
I have vague thoughts about a really big demon slayer/Naruto crossover in my head where, during the final battle when they leave infinity castle, instead of getting dropped into some random town the demon slayers are instead zapped into Konoha— still, ofc, still fighting Muzan.
But it'd be a HUGE fic with a huge cast so I'll probably never do it. I'll still think about it tho. Sometimes.

YES the Thunderbolts have a fantastic team as family dynamic, yes they are living in Avengers tower, yes history is repeating itself and 2012 tower fics are so back. BUT!
instead of "Alexei eating poptarts" or "Yelena in the vents", we must come up with new headcanons and make history
- Bob always does normal domestic chores, often getting in the way of important missions and spy business. "All I'm saying is Bucky is our best sniper" "It would be a much quieter assassination if I just slipped into the condo and cut his—" "Hey sorry guys, anyone have laundry? I'm doing a load"
- Yelena and her guinea pig always eat meals together at the dining table. Everyone has their Chinese food or barbeque, meanwhile the rodent is loudly munching on a salad right beside them
- Bucky is the mom and always keeps them on track. "Ava you have a dentist appointment in the morning, and bring Bob so they can add him to the insurance. Lena how was therapy? Alexei, I said no vodka until dinner"
- Alexei is always coming up with new promotional ideas for the team. Cartoon tv show, cereal, toothpaste flavour...every day he thinks he's come up with the next big thing. Whenever they actually get put into production (Wheaties) he collects and saves it, and won't let anyone use a different product. (He threw out Yelena's frosted flakes and it took both Bucky and John to get her to stop attacking him)
- Ava likes to phase and sneak attack her teammates at random. She claims it's for training but really she just thinks it's funny hearing them scream
- John gets blamed for everything, even if it isn't his fault. Especially if it isn't his fault: "who ate the last bagel?" "John." "Where's my hair straightener?" "John had it." "Whose turn is it to unload the dishwasher?" "Johnnnn"

Peter if he came back from Gotham things:
- When on a mission with the Avengers, Nat shoots someone. She immediately turns back to Peter, expecting protests and he's just like 'What? Fucker deserved it, right?'
- He picks up a lot of skills. The speed at which he can help NYPD crack cases is insane. The moves he uses while sparring with Nat? Even more so.
- Any intimidation factor any of the spies once had? Hell no. Fury himself can order Peter to do something while glaring, he will get flipped of in return.
- He can and will outshoot many SHIELD agents. Jason only taught him the best.
- Someone after an incredibly busy villainy week: Man, I'm exhausted.
Peter: Dude, this is like a Tuesday.
- The different memes and fandoms. Cuz wdym character A dies, they have to save B???
- "Fuck the government, am I right?"
"Pete, the government literally owns the Avengers"
- "Don't get a PhD, you'll become a supervillain!"
*Bruce, Tony and Stephen*: ?
"Oh shit, it doesn't work like that in New York! I CAN GO TO COLLEGE!"
- He gets kidnapped by Hydra and he wants to say they have nothing on that Assasin Cult he was briefly a part of as reassurance, but also doesn't want to insult Bucky.
- So much resistance to poisonous gasses.
But also the angst potential. Peter keeps looking behind him and there's no backup there. Someone dies and they can't bring them back, there's no Lazarus Pit.
How does he explain that he's deathly afraid of something as silly as clowns? The Joker was as mortal as any other, someone could've just shot him. How did they let him became such a deified personification of violence that a whole city of brutality is terrified of him?
