Make Repository Public #23

@TimothyWillard

Description

@TimothyWillard

There's a large interesting in making more of ACCIDDA's work public, however there are a few blockers to this for this repository:

  • Determine the license that we have to use (need to reach out for guidance on this one based on our funding),
  • Flesh out the README.md, pyproject.toml, etc. with more detail, particularly a brief demo and a more fleshed out contributing section, and
  • Double check that there is not data/code contained with in this repository that needs to be removed due to conflicts with open source licensing or DUA concerns.

There's other work to do to make this a more approachable open source project for external users like #9, #14, and GitHub setup like issue/PR templates but those can be done in follow-ups.
