Custom Node Testing
- I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see how to disable custom nodes if you need help)
Frontend Version
ComfyUI_frontend v1.22.2-sub.9
Expected Behavior
The execution order is expected to be exactly the same as before - the preceding nodes are executed first, and then those that accept data from some other nodes (i.e., they should wait for the previous nodes behind them to execute, and not ignore them/error).
Actual Behavior
The execution order is broken when using subraph nodes.
For example, below is a usage of Set and Get nodes from the KJNodes package. When other nodes are used when setting a value in Set Latent2, the Latent is set normally and called at the right time (Get is triggered after Set is executed).
But when Set/Get is used with a subgraph before them - for some reason Get is executed first, and only then the subgraph and Set are triggered.
Perhaps the solution to this problem should be on the side of custom nodes offering Get/Set nodes?
Or could this behavior also break other nodes and workers that do not expect this behavior?
An example of what Set and Get actually implement (I mean hidden connect lines):
Steps to Reproduce
Create a subgraph
Connect a Set node to the subgraph output
Create a Get and specify the key
Connect an output node (e.g. Preview Image) to Get
Run the workflow

The latest version of ComfyUI is used (git clone repostory, not realeses) and the --front-end-version version is Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend@prerelease
Everything is installed from scratch
Only one packages of custom nodes - https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes
