[Bug]: Can't connect new outputs in subgraph

Custom Node Testing

• I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see how to disable custom nodes if you need help)

Frontend Version

1.22.2-sub.9

Expected Behavior

dragging a link to the output panel in a subgraph should create a new output on the subgraph node

Actual Behavior

It won't connect

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a subgraph
• Enter the subgraph
• Drag the output of any node to the output panel

Nothing in the terminal log

Nothing in the browser log

Connections work if they are made from the outputs node. 

But I agree, it also needs to work in the other direction, for better usability.

Probably worth mentioning that this is the same in both directions - you can drag FROM the new IO nodes. Not to them. This is simply not impl. and will be resolved later.

For other checking issues, the same behavior also happens with graph input connections.
