1. Remove references to old Winprep program and web version of manual. 2. Replace old manual and pics with new user guide and pics 3. Add installation/upgrade instructions 4. Update version number

HTML files now pass the Tidy tool successfully - several unescaped ampersands and spurious span/p markup. Removed reference to windymilla as guiprep maintainer :)
