Publish 1.6 release to Maven Central #4

I've faced the issue with project.version resolution. This issue was fixed in 1.5 release here: https://github.com/ExampleDriven/hierarchy-maven-plugin/pull/1/files#diff-247b3c7ee57bd71e2165d6149bed9fa68cbd5fa01688513e624624a8260ef5a6R140.
However, 1.5 or 1.6 were never published to https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.github.exampledriven/hierarchy-maven-plugin. Therefore, it's not straightforward to use the newest version.
Could you please publish 1.6 to Maven Central? Also, the README should probably be updated to reflect the latest correct version.
