Arduino M0 Pro does not have default I/O pins for SPI, therefore people have to use ICSP header. Unlike in Arduino Uno or Mini Pro, the SPI pins are not connected to 11, 12 and 13. I think it is worth mentioning. With ICSP headers everything works fine.
ICSP header looks like this. Top left connects to MISO of dwm1000, middle left connects to CLK of dwm1000 and middle right connects to MOSI of dwn1000. Top right, bottom left and bottom right are VTG, RST and GND pins respectively.
