[BUG] UI shows rule twice when changing group

Describe the bug

1. Create a rule and assign it a a group then press save
2. Press EDIT on that rule
3. Then press CHOOSE where you can choose a new group to assign it to
4. Create a new group and make sure it's selected
5. Press SAVE

You'll see that until you've refreshed the page, the same rule appears in both the old and new list.

(Unfortunately, they are the same rule. So if someone, like me, deletes the rules from the old group. Next time the user refreshes, they'll be deleted from the new group too, because the rules weren't duplicated, the same rules were just displayed in both. RIP, but my fault for not keeping a backup.)
