Prompt for group messages settings on install

Feature description

Upon install, Fossify Messages should prompt the user to select a group message setting.

Why do you want this feature?

Group messages do not actually send as group messages (MMS) by default. This is expected behavior with the current implementation.

If you are migrating to this app from another, the current implementation can lead to confusion when resuming a group text as it causes the thread to split into multiple individual conversations.

Later I want to introduce an onboarding page in all apps (see this comment) and this preference could be part of that. #2 is another candidate.

"Send group messages as MMS" should be enabled by default.

The default behavior to send separate texts to each individual in a group chat is odd, because I think the majority of users would not expect this behavior and would not know they have to look for a setting like this and change it. This causes confusion when you first send a group message and experience this behavior (by then it's too late) or if this setting gets reset unexpectedly. I can't think of any reason the current default would be the way it is, but found this comment by Aga-C saying long ago Simple Tools had some comments on this saying some people have plans where they get charged for sending MMS texts and they would find it misleading to get a charge for sending a simple text in a group chat.

I don't understand why these users would be confused since the Send button you press to send the text in a group chat says "MMS" on it. Maybe in the past the Send button did not have this labelled, but currently the user is clearly shown whether the text they are sending is SMS or MMS, so I don't believe that is a strong argument to have the "Send group messages as MMS" setting disabled by default.
