I had the same issue and was able to fix it, but ideally there should be an easier way of achieving this :)

  1. Create a backup of the keyboard data (Advanced -> Backup and restore -> Backup)
  2. Extract the backup
  3. Check the blacklists folder. Delete the words you don't want to blacklist (in my case, deleting all the files inside of it did the trick)
  4. Compress everything again
  5. Restore the newly created backup
