Very cool - thanks for sharing. I've been using similar diagrams to help onboarding (snakeviz, handsdown, etc) as part of the build process - but there are certain limitations. Will share the diagrams I've been using and take a closer look at your example later this week! |

Hey all,
Me and a friend are trying to help people get up-to-speed with new codebases. We believe that up-to-date documentation is crucial, further we think that visuals are the way to go. That is why we generate high-level diagrams based on static analysis and LLMs. I generated one for the mcp-context-forge project: https://github.com/CodeBoarding/GeneratedOnBoardings/blob/main/mcp-context-forge/on_boarding.md
As IBM is a big organisation I would love to hear how do you handle the on-boarding process, to you think such diagrams have palce in it?
Any sort of feedback is more than welcome!
Full disclosure: we're trying to turn this into a startup, but we're still in a very early stage and figuring out what will actually be useful for people.
