No players talk in vanilla unconscious state

When mission is using vanilla revive system, players that are down can still talk. It would be better that they are muted.

I wanted to look into this and as checking for unconsciousness is pretty easy:

lifeState _unit in ["HEALTHY", "INJURED"]  // equivalent to: alive _unit

However I'm having issues figuring out where the change should be made - there's sys_core/fnc_getAlive which seems to check remote units (direct voice and/or radio?) and where replacing alive with the above could work. Then there's sys_radio/fnc_canUnitTransmit which could take care of radio if the above is just for direct speech.

I'll try both once I manage to actually build acre2. I don't really have cmake or MSVS here on windows at the moment.

ACE3 and its unconsciousness gets away with a much simpler workaround:

_unit setVariable ["acre_sys_core_isDisabled", true, true];

however this needs a PFH (or something close to it) as there's no in-engine EH for a unit going unconscious, only HandleHeal.
