Checks for TRANSFER_SRC / TRANSFER_DST formats were added to:
- vkCmdClearColorImage
- vkCmdCopyImage
- vkCmdResolveImage
- vkCmdCopyImageToBuffer
- vkCmdCopyBufferToImage
These checks require VK_KHR_maintenance1 or Vulkan 1.1.

Existing checks were adapted to use the new helper function:
- vkCmdClearDepthStencilImage
- vkCmdBlitImage

- Use specific VUIDs where appropriate
- Select VUID based on VK_KHR_shared_presentable_surface availability
- Improve log message by emitting layer/mip indices for layout mismatch
- Implement layout checks in vkCmdResolveImage
- Update tests to search for VUIDs instead of message substrings
- Add test for VK_KHR_shared_presentable_surface layout VUs
