Fix crontab entries

Already fixed on the server. 
1). Reflect the changes made by @Nebukadneza to the reset.sh. Reset now also runs at 12:00h and 20:00h.
2). Changed timing for update.sh from XX:00h to XX:03h. Otherwise reset.sh and update.sh run at the same time. This lead to problematic situations.
