Describe the solution you'd like

• “备份储存”下增加 Arweave选项
• 选择了Arweave的话不需要配置网关，而是需要上传Arweave的 Wallet，参考这里
• 可以在旁提供帮助，引导去装官方钱包或者通过其他途径来生成钱包，以及提供帮助文档
• 如果选择了Arweave作为备份存储，生成并提交 authorDigestRequestMetadata 和 authorDigestSignatureMetadata都在前端处理，花费由用户自己负担，也就是纯Web3方案
• 调用 POST /post API， authorDigestRequestMetadataStorageType 和 authorDigestRequestMetadataStorage 值为 arweave, authorDigestRequestMetadataRefer 和 authorDigestSignatureMetadataRefer 是arweave 的tx id
