Allow Snowflake to authenticate using key-pair #772

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the only method of authentication for Snowflake is using username/password. This is a problem as Snowflake has started deprecating support for username/password without MFA. This will not be allowed as an authentication method for Snowflake from September.

Key-pair authentication is supported for connection to Snowflake.
