[Request]: Reactive queries with update hooks in libsql

Side quest from #203

There's now a PR for adding the update hooks https://github.com/tursodatabase/libsql/pull/1839/files API to libsql. It seems like it opens a path to support reactive queries with libsql in op-sqlite.

What are your thoughts on implementing this?

Just took at the PR you linked. I doubt it will be merged. It's important for Turso that all the functionality works with the replicated dbs and not just locally, since that is their business model. This was also that was briefly discussed in the internal chat that I have with them. I will leave this open, as this might be something that is implemented in the future, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it.
