CI not allowed

Hi,

I dont know if this is the place to ask (sorry if isn't) about my problem.
i followed the intruction of (https://quansight.com/post/building-a-gpu-ci-service-for-conda-forge/) to opt-in for the GPU CI.
This is the main PR:

I register my self here (#59)

I PR was created by the bot (conda-forge/muscat-split-feedstock#32) to update the feedstock to use cirun-openstack-gpu-large.

But my problem is I get "error": "User not authorized for the requested runners, user not in authorized teams."

Does anyone has an idea of how to solve this.
