Should we enable Windows OpenSSH?

By doing this, windows users add their key to ssh-agent using ssh-add like and Linux.
I have been using this for a while now, and it works fine.

This could help with the difference Windows vs Linux vs Mac

winget is very nice and very useful. It is a Windows packager manager.

I don't know enough about windows to comment on the OpenSSH solution, but see #77 for package managers on windows, maybe add the suggestion of winget there
