[actual] Needs updated guide

actual-server has been discontinued and the process to get the server up and running from actual is different.

I will be making the changes in the next few days for this guide and testing them out.

Hey, yes. Apologies, missed updating here.

Well, partial success. Turns out the server and the webapp component are separated out now.

I was able to get the server running - which is a sync server, so if you have local clients on desktop you can connect to it, or the official web app, you can connect to it. Success.

I wasn't able to get the hosted webapp component running though. I am thinking it may not be necessary, I have had success with just the above setup. This is a failure right now due to node version issues.

Is it cool if I update the guide to only have the server component?
