Allow reading RX buffer even with closed connection #162
Description
Allow reading RX buffer from CLOSED/WAIT_CLOSE TCP socket.
Server could close TCP connection after replying,
but W5500 detects closing, and refuses to return RX buffer content (which is still valid)
