`Fix:` Badges Improvements

- [x] Error catching when badge image not found
- [x] Order badges by ID alphabetically (Rewards board) 
- [x] Check mark requirement is on by default -> Ignore unlocked parameter 
- [x] Scroll in requirements not obviousv -> dynamic size with a max size scrolling
- [x] If Hackathon badges is empty, "explore our dev events here[direct to events and hackathons]."
