Delete organisation config

As a user, I should be able to delete organisation configuration through textual commands on the copilot so that I can refresh the work when required.

Important - This is also required to be able to test out the work we do

Work involved

• Fix the organisation delete API
• Add tool calling to include this
• Integrate with Dify

We were deleting the config whenever something went wrong. We should have done so only after confirmation from the user or if the user asked to delete the config
