Extend transaction trimming options from insight-api into bitcore-node and bitcoind

Extend the options introduced in: bitpay/insight-api: https://github.com/bitpay/insight-api/pull/488 all the way into bitcore-node and bitcoind so that the information is not included or queried at the beginning.

Possible introduce getdetailedtransaction that matches format that is similar to bitcore-node with the same method.
