Android DNS changer for Shecan anti-sanction service with no root required.

Features

This application can create a VPN tunnel to modify the DNS settings on Android.
Through the DNS server users can visit sites banned to residents of Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe due to OFAC or other sanctions directly without a VPN.
