Can not establish connection

Hi, 

When executing Local.feature exception is thrown: 
`System.Exception: 'Eror while executing BrowserStackLocal start {"state":"disconnected","pid":20680,"message":"Disconnected"}'`
Could this be access right issue rather than code issue?
