  1. support for multiple listeners 

    added a basic event emitter patttern with the following events:
'error'
'presence'
'message'
'connect'
'disconnect'

Events returned are the same as the onFoo() callbacks.
New SWARM prototype functions:

SWARM.addListener(name, callback)
SWARM.removeListener(name, callback)
