I left poetry configuration, even though we're using Hatch currently, in the pyproject.toml just in case. I couldn't actually get it to work as is with poetry, hatch is the way to go here. But since we're leveraging hatch for everything with this repo, if we want to remove all the poetry stuff to remove confusion, I'm good with that.
