Known issue

⚠️ If you have successfully installed cf-deployment v44.7.0 or v44.8.0 AND you are using MySQL or cf-deployment's default Percona DB as CredHub's database, to prevent potential performance issues, please run the following query against your MySQL database for CredHub:

DROP INDEX credential_name_lowercase ON credential;

The new CredHub release (v2.12.96+) properly sets up similar indexes, and this old credential_name_lowercase index (added only by CredHub release v2.12.94 in cf-deployment v44.7.0 or v44.8.0) has now become extraneous and wasteful.
