This may well be because this entire dynamic auth policy (DAP) package was designed (as with some other cs components) to be potentially used outside of cloudscribe altogether, as a stand-along thing... so you can't necessarily assume that there always will be a partial view for the side-nav to toggle in and out.
All the same, there might be a method of toggling to show that main CS administrator navigation only if the DAP component is actually being used in a cloudscribe project... i.e. only if it can find that admin nav partial view.
